Timbrebongie has one respite room set aside specifically for people
residing in the community.
Once approved for respite care by the Aged Care Assessment Team,
people may stay with us for up to 63 days in the year and then return
to their home or families.
Timbrebongie has a wonderful team of trained staff to provide care
and comfort to the resident. They can assist our residents with
meals, showering, dressing and other personal assistance.
Timbrebongie has a Registered Nurse who, in consultation with the
Doctors and Pharmacist, provides a valuable service in ensuring
residents receive the correct medication through the Webster system
of medication management. Staff also assist with application of
medicating rubs, creams etc.
Rentals and entry fees are discussed at the time of enquiry. Rentals
cover all costs except telephone, medication, toiletries, personal
items and clothing. Entry fees, if charged, are charged in accordance
with government guidelines.
