Timbrebongie House is a 47 bed residential aged care facility located in Narromine in the Central West of New South Wales, approximately 40km west of the regional centre of Dubbo.

In addition to the residential care facilty, there is a 27 unit retirement village operated under the banner of the Narromine Homes for the Aged.
